Terms & Conditions of Service

1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern access to, browsing, and purchasing of Mekong Meris frozen seafood products on mekongmeris.com.

1.2. The platform is intended for individuals aged 18 or older with full civil capacity under Vietnamese law. Minors under 18 may only place orders with the consent or direct supervision of a legal guardian.

2.1. Submitting an online order constitutes an offer to purchase by the customer.

2.2. Automated system confirmations confirm receipt of the offer only. The binding sales contract is formed once Mekong Meris issues explicit order acceptance confirmation or confirms delivery arrangements.

3.1. Prices displayed on the website are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) for officially listed commercial SKUs.

3.2. In the event of an obvious technical system glitch resulting in an abnormal price display, Mekong Meris reserves the right to cancel the affected order after prompt notification to the customer and issue a 100% refund of any payments collected.

4.1. Customers may cancel an order free of charge by notifying Mekong Meris before physical handover to the logistics provider.

4.2. Once an order has been handed over to the cold-chain carrier, if the customer cancels without legitimate defect cause, actual carrier delivery and return charges will apply pursuant to the DEC-32 Shipping Policy.

5.1. Mekong Meris supports Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible deliveries and in-store pickup payment.

5.2. To safeguard cold-chain food safety, if a phone number or account registers 2 consecutive unjustified delivery refusals (unrelated to legitimate rejections of damaged, thawed, or non-conforming goods), Mekong Meris reserves the right to restrict COD payment for subsequent orders. Customers may choose in-store pickup or advance payment.

All product photography, editorial content, Mekong Meris trademarks, logos, and packaging artwork published on the website are the exclusive property of Mekong Meris. Any unauthorized reproduction, automated data extraction, or commercial use without prior written consent constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.
